Ultrasonic transducer, the combination of the ultrasonic converter and ultrasonic booster, among which ultrasonic converter is the essential part of the whole ultrasonic acoustic system. While using the ultrasonic transducer, there are few points that need to be paid attention to:

1. Make sure the ultrasonic transducer is working under a dry environment, a wet transducer will affect its normal function, once a transducer is wet, put it in the oven to dry for two hours at the temperature of 100℃, or use a hairdryer to blow off the water until the transducer impedance value becomes normal.

2. If the transducer comes unglued, ask help from the supplier or a professional ultrasonic factory for replacement or repair, even sometimes the transducer works fine without the glue, but if it works long time, the transducer could still be burnt or broken.

3. If leaving the ultrasonic transducer unused for more than a week, use a plastic bag or dust hoot to cover the transducer.

4. Check the connection wire of the transducer regularly to see if there is an aging or broken problem.
