Hot riveting is a process to connect two or more parts, one of which requires thermoplastic material, the rest can be metal or non-metal parts. Through ultrasonic, hot air, hot mold, or infrared, the plastic riveting column is heated to soften the glass transition temperature (above Tg), and then the rivet head is applied to the riveting column and formed, so as to compress the connector.

Designed for rivet welding the automotive instrument panels. Two groups of riveting probes are designed to weld two-spot and 11-spot respectively according to the customer's requirement. All the electrical components are from high-quality famous suppliers around the world to achieve the high stability of the machine.
