40khz Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner Transducer

The 40KHz ultrasonic transducer is used for ultrasonic cleaning machines, which is easy to install and with long service life.

The following operations are prohibited for industrial or experimental ultrasonic cleaning:

Problems of ultrasonic transducer failure:

1, transducer vibrator ignition, ceramic materials broken, can be combined with the naked eye and megohmmeter inspection, general. As a measure of emergency treatment, individual damaged oscillators can be disconnected without affecting other oscillators' normal use.

2, Vibrator degumming: our transducer is the use of cementation, screw fastening double guarantee process, in general, this situation will not occur, if there is, remove reinstall or can only be broken line. Avoid vibration off. The most effective way is to pay attention not to impact the vibration surface in ordinary use.

3, Vibration surface perforation: the transducer with full load service life is too long may appear vibration surface perforation, this is due to the vibration surface of the stainless steel plate for a long time high-frequency vibration fatigue, it is recommended to replace the stainless steel plate.

4, During the spring and autumn season the machine startup damage. The solution is to place the machine in a dry place, or sometimes with a hairdryer to drive tide.
