generator
K&M Tech ultrasonic welding system, the ultrasonic spare parts

The system is composed of an ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic
converter plus ultrasonic booster, ultrasonic welding
sonotrode(welding horn), and flange for the horn fixation. The
ultrasonic system we use is 20kHz, 2500W digital auto-tuning
ultrasonic generator, it has aluminum housing for a better
ventilation effect, also, it uses a high-performance microprocessor
with tamper-proof unction in a realization to full electronic
control, which means that the whole welding parameters are managed
and controlled by the microcomputer. The smart frequency control
system helps avoid the inconvenience of manual frequency tuning.
Real-time tracking of the best resonant frequency point while the
automatic ultrasonic overload check to make sure the whole
vibration system keeps at the lowest temperature point. While the
frequency changes as the welding horn temperature rise, the
generator will automatically make adjustments for a more stable
working ability.
The whole K&M tech ultrasonic system could be used for the face
mask welding production line at continuous welding or used to weld
the mask edge at intermittent welding. The set is specifically
selected by us with the purpose to suit customer's needs. The
frequency, capacitance, resistance, are well matched so the
customer would not have to worry about the matching problem after
receiving the products.
